Placed an order on October 1. Wire received.
I called and was told due to hurricane it would be about 3 weeks, ok, fine. That makes it what, the 23-27 or so of October? November 1 I called, took 5 days of trying, several messages (which they will not respond to) before I reached anyone. Oh yes, you're in the queue, should get shipping confirmation soon.
Got shipping confirmation TWELVE days ago.
Package hasn't updated for 5 days. I realize this is now in the hands of the USPS, but again, calling to get help is a dead end. Took me four tries to get through and the snippy woman who finally answered told me she was the only one manning the phones and there was a high call volume, like it was my fault. Also, it's not their problem that the PRIORITY package they sent 12 days ago hasn't arrived; apparently priority mail takes longer with the USPS these days.
So what about the insurance? Well, after it's been 2-3 weeks. Or maybe 3-4 weeks.
She wasn't sure and wasn't helpful.
Hoping we will get our order in the next few days, but so far it has been almost 7 weeks since we placed it, and still no product. They've had our money the whole time though, you can be sure of that.

Horrible Customer Service
Ordered some coins the first of October, right when Hurricane Ian was coming through. Our wire transfer made it and we got confirmation, so the next week I called just to check in.
I was told it would be about 3 weeks due to the hurricane and the backlog. OK. That puts us toward the end of October, like the 21st or so, right?. November 3 I started calling; took me about 5 tries and multiple messages (which they do NOT return) before I reached a live person.
She assured me that my package was in the queue and I should get a tracking number within another week. You can all do the math on this now I should think, yes, we're going on 5 weeks.
Got a tracking number on November 4, and it's now gone off the radar. November 16. No package.
No tracking since November 11. No answer on their line. No response via email. No return call from the voice mail.
This is horrible.
I will never purchase from this company again. Their prices are comparable, but not outstanding. Their shipping is awful, their customer service is awful. There's no reason to use them over anyone else.
Don't do it.
I just reached someone after a 15 minute hold..."I'm the only one here and there's a high volume of calls" Not my fault lady. Where's my package that was shipped 12 days ago? "Well it's priority mail so it takes longer.
You can call the post office. We shipped it so it's not our concern any longer."
Absolutely pitiful.
